Last year, Fred Clarke had a 4” pot of Lyc. tricolor ‘Rick’ produce 34 flowers! Suave 'Perfect Pixie' (Lyc. suaveolens x Lyc. campbellii) is also amazingly floriferous, with many flower spikes per bulb. Flowers will be held in a flat presentation, making for a nice full-flower appearance. Plants will stay small and bloom in 3-4” pots with the developing growth in spring. Warm conditions of 60-75 nights and 75-85 days are preferred. Keeping the media moist is important in late spring and summer. In fall and winter allow to dry out a bit more between waterings.'
