Corrimal (Lyc. aromatica x Lyc. macrophylla) ‘Malcolm’ is a prolific bloomer, producing 5-6 flowers per bulb. Suave 'Perfect Pixie' (Lyc. suaveolens x Lyc. campbellii) is amazingly floriferous, with many flower spikes per bulb. Peatls are held in a flat presentation, making for a fuller-flower appearance. This new direction in breeding should give us flower colors in yellow with a red-burgundy blush. Plants will stay small and bloom in 3-4” pots with the developing growth in spring. Warm conditions of 60-75 nights and 75-85 days are preferred. Keeping the media moist is important in late spring and summer. In fall and winter allow to dry out a bit more between waterings.
Mini, deciduous.
